We are a manufacturing factory with more than 25 years of production experience.
2. Can you make customized products?
Yes, we accept ODM & OEM. Products can be customized upon customer’s requirements.
3. Can you provide free samples, and how about the freight?
Yes, we could offer the sample for free if we have it in stock, but this does not include the freight.
4. How long is your lead time?
Generally, for customized products, the sampling time is around 7 days.The production cycle is about 10 days, if the order quantity is large, the time may be extended. Shipping is typically arranged within 1 day, so overall, most products are delivered within 20 days.
5.How do you ensure the quality of your products?
We maintain strict quality control measures throughout every stage of production, certified by ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Our process includes regular audits, thorough inspections of raw materials, and precise control during manufacturing. We perform 100% inspection of critical parameters like resistance values, followed by random sampling and final checks by our quality department, ensuring that every product meets our high standards before shipment.
6.What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For NTC thermistors, the minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. For temperature sensors, there is no MOQ requirement; however, the price may vary depending on the order quantity.
